Our Policies ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS For our customer’s convenience, we accept online orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To place orders simply click the “Order Button” next to each item, you will then go to your cart, upon reviewing your selection you will have the option to continue shopping or checking out. Once you have completed your shopping you can review your cart simply by clicking the “view cart” at the top of the page and than select, “continue”, or “check out”. PAYMENT METHODS We gladly accept Check, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Paypal (You do not need a paypal account to use paypal). Orders will not be processed until Checks and Money Orders have cleared, this usually takes 10 days. You will receive an email once payment clears.
PAYMENTS MADE BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER Please make checks and money orders payable to Scented Lights Candles. Payments are due 10 days after receipt of order and once your payment clears, you will then receive an email notifying you of your order and when it will be processed and shipped. SHIPPING All orders are shipped and quoted using Priority Mail, unless other arrangements have been made. Normally we ask for 3-4 days to make and ship orders, but in the case of a large order or special orders we ask for 7-10 days. LOCAL CUSTOMERS Local customers can pick-up their orders. Please email, phone, or place your order online (when ordering on-line be sure to select the SLDS code in the shopping cart to avoid shipping charges, this code is for will call orders or orders that are being delivered by Buda or Tammy). We will notify you when your order is ready and make arrangements for you to get your order. RETURN POLICY Scented Lights Candles first priority is customer service and satisfaction. We want you to be happy with you purchase and product. If you are not satisfied with the product(s) purchased, please notify Scented Lights Candles within 5 days of date of purchase and then return your product(s) once you get authorization. Upon receipt we will then promptly refund your purchase less shipping. Please be sure to properly package your return. If you have received damaged merchandise please file a claim with the carrier that delivered it to you. Scented Lights Candles is not responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We do not refund monies or make exchanges if a scent is not to your liking. If you are unsure of a particular scent please order a sample (sniffer) first before purchasing a candle or other products. SECURITY AND PRIVACY POLICY Please know that we will never sell, share, or transfer your email address or any personal information to anyone.
