Order Placement Information
ORDER PLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS For your convenience, We accept online orders 24/7. To place an order, simply click on the 'add to cart' button next to each item. You will have the option to check out or continue shopping. When you have completed your shopping experience, click on the 'view cart' button at the bottom of any product page or use the top navigation bar to review your order.
PAYMENT METHODS We gladly accept Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Credit card purchases are via PayPal. Orders paid via check will be shipped once payment has cleared (typically 10 days).
PAYPAL PAYMENTS PayPal no longer requires you to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment. It is now optional as to whether or not you want to sign up for an account. PayPal is a convenient and secure method to make an online payment.
CHECK OR MONEY ORDER PAYMENTS Please make all checks and money orders payable to Tammy Stevenson. Payments are due within 7 business days of receipt of order. Your order will be shipped once payment has cleared. We do charge a 39.00 fee on all NSF checks.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ITEMS TO SHIP? Items will be shipped via priority mail as soon as the item is crafted and packaged; typically 2-3 business days. Please allow 4-5 days for larger custom orders.We do make every effort to ship your item(s) as quickly as possible. All check payments will ship once payment has cleared (approximately 10 business days). We will send you a confirmation e-mail once your item(s) have shipped.
LOCAL CUSTOMERS Local customers can pick-up their orders. Please e-mail, phone, or place your order online (make sure you enter the voucher code upon check out in order to avoid automatic shipping charges). We will notify you when your order is ready and at this time we will set up arrangements for you to pick up your order.
RETURN POLICY At Scented Lights Candles, customer satisfaction is my first priority. We want you to be pleased with my products and services. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), please return merchandise to us within 5 business days. We will promptly provide you a refund less any shipping charges. Please be sure to properly package any returned merchandise. If you have received damaged merchandise, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. We do not pay ANY shipping and handling on returned items. We do not refund monies or make exchanges if a scent is not to your liking. If you are unsure of a particular scent please order a sample size first before purchasing a large quantity of a certain scent.
