How it all works:

We meet with your elected Fundraiser person/s and decide on the amount of persons participating in the fundraiser, and to explain the works of the fundraiser program.

·         We prepare individual packages for each participant. The package includes a brochure/order form and samples of each scent being sold, and a collection envelope to place monies and or checks.

·         The candles are sold for 1-3 weeks in most cases; this is to be decided by your organization. All monies are collected at the time of sale and are the responsibility of the seller. Checks should be made out to your organization. This will be stated on the brochure also.

·         Your members turn in their orders and payments to the person in charge on the decided date.

·         Then your order is submitted using our talley sheet along with a copy of each members order form, and payment. (Which is the amount less your profit)

·         Finally your product will be delivered to you within 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the order.
